Neighbor complaint over fireworks on Westfield Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that neighbors were setting off fireworks near the (number withheld) block of Westfield Road in Russell. The noise was disturbing the caller and their animals. Police were notified to investigate the disturbance.
