Be on the lookout for felony battery suspect (officer safety BOLO)

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer-safety BOLO was issued out of White County for a wanted individual (name withheld) in connection with 2nd-degree felony battery. The suspect was last seen around 2145 hours near the Hwy 367 and Russell area, possibly headed toward Bald Knob, in a 2008 white Ford Ranger (plate/ID number withheld), possibly with a female driver. Caller advised the suspect may be violent toward law enforcement and may have a large letter opener; use caution and notify authorities if located.
