Reckless driving and dispute in alley near North Second Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a woman driving a white vehicle quickly up and down an alley near North Second Street without headlights. A man was reportedly attempting to get away as the woman followed him. No weapons were seen.
