Neighbors report possible domestic assault upstairs

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance at an apartment building near Quincy Rd in Rumney, after a caller in another unit reported a male and female neighbor arguing loudly with screaming, banging, and a possible physical fight for about 30 minutes.
