Flooding and debris briefly block Eagle Creek road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports that a crossing near the 200 block of Eagle Creek in Ruidoso was flooded with debris. A person using a skid steer began clearing the area, and the road was later reported to be passable again.
