Alarm shows topless person inside residence near Number 9 Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, an alarm company reported a possible break-in at a home on Number Nine Road in Rowe. Camera footage showed a woman without a shirt walking around inside and going through the refrigerator. Dispatch noted the person may be a known individual, and officers were asked to check the residence.
