Fire alarm and lockout reported on Canopy Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a reported fire alarm and lockout at a residential complex near Canopy Drive in Round Lake. Maintenance checked the basement laundry area and reported nothing found, and units remained on scene under incident command. A separate ambulance call involved a possible auto accident near South Dee Road and Higgins Road in Park Ridge.
