Woman with memory loss found at Newark police

As discussed during the dispatch call, police received a notification from Newark police about a woman at their headquarters who appears to have memory loss. She reported that her daughter lives near Thompson Ave in Union County. Local officers are asked to try to contact the daughter so she can call Newark police.
