Daughter reportedly assaults mother and damages home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a residence near W Center St for a reported domestic disturbance. The caller reported her daughter put hands on her and was tearing up the house, and a female could be heard in the background screaming and hollering.
