90-year-old male falls from wheelchair with head injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical responders were sent to a residence near Peaceful Lane in Cumming Township for a reported fall involving a 90-year-old man. He apparently fell from a wheelchair, struck his head, was semi-conscious with rapid breathing, and may be taking blood thinners after recent heart surgery.
