50-year-old male passes out and falls in Rolla

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to a medical emergency involving a 50-year-old male who passed out and fell near Rolla Gardens Drive close to Highway 72 East and Bow Drive. Fire and ambulance units from Phelps County North and Rolla City Fire responded.
