Riders on e-bikes and motorcycles reported on trails

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near Harding Street and Odin in Rocky Point for a complaint about two people reportedly riding e-bikes and a motorcycle on nearby trails. The reporting person was waiting on foot at the intersection and said they had photos of the riders.
