As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a traffic stop near Salem Avenue and Highway 101 involving a 1998 Toyota pickup with Virginia registration. Dispatch checked the vehicle registration and the driver’s information by name and date of birth, and the truck appeared to be registered to the same person out of Virginia.
