Pension County units procured out of Cappia traffic complaints. East, Highway 14 and North Highway 51. 104[1]. Minutes at least sitting at a panel van white in color last seen east on Highway 14 appeared to be chasing a black Volkswagen sedan, unknown 28. Possibly side-swip the vehicle. I see him pulling into a farm and fleet parking lot and bleeding. He gives the plate 74107[2]. 74107. It doesn't show back to anything. Any unit need a repeat of it. E-41 at Mercy.
