Male found sleeping in car at Tenth St, Rochester

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male was found asleep inside a maroon Nissan sedan near Tenth Street and Rochester Social Club in Rochester. The incident was initially reported as a possible medical emergency but no patient was found on scene.
