Passenger argues with bus operator at transit center

At the transit center near Saint Paul Street, a male passenger at gate 18 is verbally confronting a bus operator. Staff report that he has been using aggressive language toward the operator and giving the operator a hard time about boarding the bus. Security and a supervisor are requested to come to the gate and speak with him. The plan is that if he continues behaving this way, he may be removed from the building or not allowed to stay at the gate. Several officers are nearby while the situation is checked, but no physical fight or other incident is reported.
