Basement water heater fire on South Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel responded to a reported structure fire at a building near South Main Street in Rochester. A caller reported a hot water heater burning in the basement with flames showing, and later reports indicated heavy smoke but no visible flames. Crews noted bulk CO2 storage on the first floor and in the basement while investigating.
