Fire alarm at house under construction on Walnut Plain

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched for a reported fire alarm sounding at a house under construction near Walnut Plain Road in Rochester. A neighbor reported the alarm, and responders later determined it was an activated detector with no fire found.
