Contractors remove fallen tree branch from roof

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked a report of people on a roof with bright lights and loud equipment near the (number withheld) block of Water Street in Rochester. It appears contractors were using machinery to remove a large tree branch that had fallen onto a roof.
