Group yelling disturbance at apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported disturbance between several people outside an apartment complex near South 2nd Street. Callers reported yelling among multiple adults and a juvenile, and one person was said to be associated with a Chrysler 300.
