I used to live there and that place is corrupt. the guy in that apartment has been a victim over and over again and he's in a program where they should assist situations like that infact his ecm is there and my ex case manager visits regularly to see him and they do nothing. he is an adult who's disabled and being hurt this did not need to happen ... even the Police neglect us and a few have died from there already thank you for management and st Michaels church thank you mercy house and blah blah blah anything I have said to help this man goes in one ear and out the other. he's very disabled my God someone know this help him please
