Traffic stop on suspected black Chevy pickup

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near South Division and Main Street in River Falls involving a black lifted Chevrolet pickup truck with a Wisconsin license plate. The vehicle was briefly lost from view before being located again.
