Elderly male disoriented at restaurant receiving oxygen

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly man appeared disoriented and nearly fainted at the Nato Restaurant on Kinderkamack Road. A cardiologist on scene noted a history of diabetes and a possible vagal episode. The patient is alert and receiving oxygen.
