Patient with severe neck and back pain needs air evacuation

As discussed during the dispatch call, an air ambulance and local fire crews responded to a medical emergency near Spur Loop in Ringgold, Texas. The patient reportedly had neck and back pain with abnormal vital signs. The helicopter was directed to a landing area near the intersection between Second and Third streets.
