Good. We received a call. It's going to be a yellowish in color residence. At the corner of Ruby and Lexington, RP advises that there's going to be a little German shepherd puppy. It has been chained to the tree with non-addequate water. It has a kennel that is broken in half. It's going to be lots of junk surrounding it. RP is advising that it's been outside all week through the heat storm and has not had anyone near it or taken care of it. She did advise she had seen a juvenile and adult at the residence but never saw them taking care of the dog.
