Reckless driver reported near Richland Center

Yep! He drove through Walmart parking lot and almost hit me blowing the pedestrian walkway stop sign by the grocery part. It was a little stick shift white car. It then took a right on 14 headed toward Gotham. If RC hasn’t caught him (younger guy), check Wal-Mart’s cameras because I was in the crosswalk and he had to slam on his brakes. Then tore off like a bat out of hell to blow the stop sign onto 14. I hope his engine and transmission blow up. He shouldn’t be driving a moped let alone a vehicle. 😡
