As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a possible ATV crash near Northeast River Road in Rice. A female was reported injured, and blood and alcoholic drinks were seen on the four-wheeler. A group of vehicles with people riding on hoods was also noted in a nearby parking lot.
