Elderly woman with severe back pain unable to walk

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call was reported near Fair Haven Road involving a 67-year-old woman with severe lower back pain radiating to her legs. The patient was unable to walk but was alert and breathing. No emergency lights or sirens were requested.
