Person threatens dog park visitor with a rock

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a dog park near Jonathan Way in Reston for a reported disorderly conduct incident. A person at the park reportedly threatened the caller with a rock and appeared intoxicated, then walked toward nearby condominiums.
