Elderly man showing stroke symptoms near Arthurdale

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a home near CR Road in Arthurdale for an elderly man with possible stroke symptoms, including slurred speech, weakness, dizziness, and recent onset difficulty speaking and moving. He was reported to be alert, breathing normally, and able to answer questions while awaiting evaluation.
