Security reported a man carrying bolt cutters at the back of the Expo Center. He may have attempted to break in and was seen leaving in a vehicle, but there is no clear description of the car.

So we have the fairgrounds, our view of the security says that there's a male subject walking with bolt cutters at the south end, backside of the Expo Center. He possibly got into a vehicle, and a vehicle is now pulling away. It doesn't look like we have a good description of that vehicle.
