Suspicious pickup possibly taking bicycles

As discussed during the dispatch call, a report from Redfield indicated a dark pickup truck carrying bicycles, possibly involved in taking bikes from a yard near the armory. The vehicle reportedly had bicycles in its bed when seen passing by a residence.
