Medical evaluation behind CVS at Red Bluff changed location

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency was reported near Lay Avenue in Red Bluff. Emergency units including Engine 3 and Medic 720 responded, with Medic 720 arriving on scene. The location was initially near South Main Street but was later updated to Path Plaza on Lay Avenue.
