Officers secure fairgrounds during manhunt

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are conducting a possible manhunt near the fairgrounds area by Center Street, La Crosse Street, Cherry Street, and San Francisco Street. A perimeter is being set up and extra units are requested after contact with a different male who did not match the suspect description.
