As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman aged 71 from the Rancho Santa Fe area experienced left upper abdominal pain. She was alert and breathing normally. A surgical site appeared to be leaking and slightly bleeding. Medical responders administered medication and transported her to a nearby hospital.
