Intoxicated person trapped in trash chute at Ramsey building

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of an intoxicated person who apparently went down a trash chute from an upper floor of a Main Street building and became trapped somewhere between the basement and the 14th floor. Fire and rescue units established a command post near the rear of the building and searched areas including the parking garage to locate the person.
