Neighbors reportedly shooting at dog on Funk Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a shots-fired call near Funk Road. The caller reported neighbors had been sneaking around a residence and shooting at their dog since about 2:00 a.m., with the last shots heard around 2:30 a.m.
