Car and semi collision on I-90 near SR 281 exit

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders investigated a non-injury collision involving a car and a semi-truck near the I-90 exit to State Route 281. A semi appeared to be partially blocking the roadway and a vehicle was reported in a ditch nearby.
