Neighbors asked to extinguish bonfire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a location near Road 9.6 Northwest in the Quincy area for a reported miscellaneous fire. It was determined to be a neighbor’s bonfire that the reporting party requested be extinguished, and it appears to have been a cultural misunderstanding.
