Individuals that were in the blue SUV have apparently started pushing it backwards on the bridge. They are causing a major traffic hazard. Traffic starting to back up. The caller I spoke with stated it does appear that they struck the side of the bridge as well. Can you check mistakes if they've got a car that's in the area? Can you have anybody in the West Quincy area? We've got a vehicle stalled on the Memorial Bridge, east down into Quincy. At a small blue SUV, they are now attempting to push it back toward the Missouri side. They're causing a major traffic hazard, possibly struck the edge of the bridge of a deputy in route.
