Driver with diabetic condition found in vehicle on roadside

As discussed during the dispatch call, an older Ford Explorer was involved in a roadside incident near County Road 317 in Putnam. The driver may have had a medical issue. A tow was requested then canceled as the owner plans to retrieve the vehicle later. A similar incident in March involved a diabetic condition.
