Customer locked inside nail salon after payment dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a nail salon near Shelby Speights Drive for a reported dispute over payment. A woman on scene said she did not have enough money, needed to go to an ATM, and that a man had locked her inside while law enforcement assistance was requested.
