Teen given unknown substance at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement and EMS were sent to Barry Manor near Mountain Ave for a possible drug-related medical issue involving a 19-year-old man who was reportedly given an unknown substance at a nearby store. The caller and the man were said to be at a house next to a hotel near the apartments.
