Reckless driver nearly hits pedestrians at lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a possible reckless driver in a gray (number withheld) Chevy near Purcell Lake in Purcell, Oklahoma. The driver reportedly nearly struck pedestrians on the south side of the lake before continuing west around the area.
