Reckless Jeep reported on I-35 near Purcell

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a possible impaired or reckless driver in a red Jeep Patriot traveling southbound on the interstate near Purcell. The reporting party said the vehicle could not stay in its lane, was speeding, and was driving without headlights. An officer later located the vehicle on the highway.
