Rollover crash injures driver on I-81 near Preble

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle rollover on I-81 northbound near the Preble Rest Area. A 67-year-old man sustained serious chest injuries and was transported to Upstate hospital by paramedics from Cortland.
