Chief complaint is chest pain, times 30 minutes.

He was out doing a morning workout when this chest pain started.

It's in the center of his chest.

He says it feels like a chest pressure.

Elevation and leads V2, V3, V4, and a little bit in V5.

We do have reciprocal changes and leads 2, 3, AVF, and do have some elevation in AVL as well.
