Neighbor dispute over allegedly stolen dog

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a possible dog theft reported near Meacham Road, where a caller stated that a neighbor had taken and cared for her dog for several days and the dog is said to be microchipped to the caller and a relative.
