Man in 70s falls, hits head, bleeds and confused

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders assist a male, possibly in his 70s, who fell and may have hit his head near State Highway 13 in Port Wing. He is bleeding from the nose and confused. Fire department assisting with lift.
