Driver speeds away from officer on East Washington

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported a vehicle that fled a traffic stop while heading north on East Washington Avenue near Portage. The officer did not pursue due to heavy traffic. The vehicle was described as a black Hyundai sedan with a partially obtained Wisconsin license plate.
